Appraiser assistant

Responsibilities:

• analysis of financial statements;
• assistance in compiling evaluation reports;
• execution of calculation and descriptive parts of projects;
• participation in evaluation projects.

We expect from candidate:

• literate written and oral language (Ukrainian and Russian);
• Bachelor’s degree in Economics or last year of education;
• desire to develop professional skills, ability to learn, attentiveness, analytical mindset, focus on the results;
• confident PC user (MS Word, MS Excel — obligatory, Bookkeeping for accounting and reporting program “1C” — preferably);
• Intermediate or better English communication skills (written and verbal).

Would be an advantage:

• experience in the field of evaluation;
• availability of appraiser’s certificates, as well as passing professional courses;
• knowledge of accounting and ability to analyze basic accounting reports (Balance sheet, P&L, Cash Flow).
