Responsibilities

managing document workflow (contract approvals, preparation and assistance with documents, etc.);
maintaining incoming and outgoing correspondence logs; preparing proposals, documents, and applications for tender participation;
organizing business meetings and company guest reception;
assisting business development managers; performing tasks assigned by management;
participating in the preparation of corporate events.
