In today’s environment, first aid skills are not merely useful – they are essential. In a critical situation, a prompt and correct response can save a person’s life before medical professionals arrive.

What participants learned during the training
The training program covered the most important skills required in emergency situations, including:
– providing immediate first aid in accordance with international protocols;
– rapid and proper tourniquet application;
– wound packing and critical bleeding control;
– performing cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR);
– practicing rescue scenarios using virtual reality (VR) technology.
Special attention was given to hands-on exercises that enabled participants to reinforce their knowledge and gain confidence in responding to emergencies.
Building confidence through practice
The use of VR technology made it possible to recreate realistic emergency situations and practice decision-making under pressure. This approach not only improves knowledge retention but also helps participants prepare for quick and effective action in real-life circumstances.
At Kreston Ukraine, we believe that professional development should go hand in hand with care for people’s safety and well-being.
