Key responsibilities

searching for and attracting candidates through job platforms, social media, and other channels;
conducting initial resume screening according to vacancy requirements;
organizing and conducting initial interviews;
supporting candidates throughout all recruitment stages;
maintaining and updating the candidate database;
participating in university partnership projects: organizational support for events, career fairs, and guest lectures;
assisting in organizing internal company activities such as celebrations, team-building events, social initiatives, and supporting recruitment processes at different stages.
