Being part of a team is not only about shared projects, professional challenges and deadlines. It is equally important to make time for personal interaction, relaxation and experiences that bring people together.
Recently, the Kreston Ukraine team gathered for our summer team-building event. This time, we left work-related matters behind and dedicated the day to outdoor activities and spending time with colleagues.
The programme included water activities, sports, BBQ and plenty of informal conversations. It was a great opportunity to step away from the usual work routine, recharge and simply enjoy time together.
Events like this help us get to know each other beyond our day-to-day work, strengthen teamwork and create an environment where it is easier to move towards common goals together.
