The Ministry of Digital Transformation of Ukraine is launching a paid document multi-sharing service in Diia, which simplifies the process of transferring electronic copies of documents for banks. Now businesses can quickly receive digital copies of clients’ documents — without scans or paper files.

Available documents: ID card, passport, tax ID (RNOKPP), residence permits, income certificate, birth certificate, IDP certificate, civil registry records, pension certificate, education documents, veteran ID, driver’s license, vehicle registration certificate, student ID.
How it works:
1. Client clicks a button or scans a QR code in Diia
2. Selects documents to send
3. Signs the request via Diia.Sign
4. Business receives all copies automatically
