Work experience
Over 20 years of experience in law, strategic management, and investments. Held executive positions in major investment and management companies, as well as in Big Four firms.
Was responsible for strategy and asset management, including for Kyiv International Airport and other large-scale projects.
Extensive experience in investment structuring, M&A transactions, and preparing companies for IPO.
Also served as a board member in several companies, overseeing corporate governance and legal support.
